Shear Walls
Periodic Inspection for Shear Walls / Diaphragms
Deputy Inspector is required for all wood shear walls , floor diaphragms, roof diaphragm where the required nail spacing is 4” on center or less at Edge or Boundary Nailing.
Concrete
Continuous inspection when using concrete that is over 2500 p.s.i. Concrete Cylinder Samples taken to have break test results @ 28 days.
*Contractor can request for extra cylinders expedite results at 7 days and 14 days.
